This role offers the chance to significantly impact clients' real estate success. Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed market analysis to identify real estate opportunities and trends in Chennai. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to attract and retain clients. Negotiate property deals ensuring smooth transactions for clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and follow-up. Participate in networking events to connect with buyers, sellers, and industry professionals. Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and mortgage options. Prepare and present property listings; conduct property viewings with clients. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Strong negotiation and communication skills with proven sales success. Experience in market analysis and real estate market understanding. Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities. Exceptional customer service with a client-first mindset. Prior real estate sales experience preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with real estate software and tools is a plus. Work within a supportive team structure reporting to the Sales Manager and collaborating with marketing and client services to align strategies and maximize results.
