Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed job analysis to develop compelling job descriptions and specifications for diverse roles. Use innovative sourcing methods including social media, job boards, and networking events to attract top talent. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process ensuring efficiency and a seamless candidate experience. Coordinate and perform in-depth interviews with hiring managers, offering insights and recommendations. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to keep candidate data organized and accessible. Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience. In this role, you will also participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment process improvements, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to meet hiring goals and attract the best talent in the industry. Required and Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven expertise in communication, negotiation, sourcing, interviewing, and problem-solving. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment best practices is preferred.
