Position: Pharmacy Manager (Regente de Farmacia) Company: RH ASESORATE, C.A Location: Caracas, Distrito Federal, Venezuela Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Manager (Regente de Farmacia) to oversee pharmacy operations at Centro Comercial Parque Humboldt (Baruta). This full-time role requires a licensed pharmaceutical professional with strong leadership and customer service skills. Key Responsibilities Supervise the accurate dispensing of medications and pharmaceutical products. Ensure compliance with health regulations and legal standards. Manage inventory control and medication orders. Lead and coordinate the pharmacy team effectively. Maintain up-to-date records and documentation. Provide professional pharmaceutical advice and customer service. Qualifications & Requirements Pharmaceutical professional degree (recent graduates are welcome). Valid and current license as Regente de Farmacia (mandatory). Minimum 1 year experience in the same role. Knowledge of sanitary regulations and inventory management. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Female candidates aged 25 to 40 preferred. Good presence, clear diction, responsibility, and commitment. Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Willingness to work onsite at Centro Comercial Parque Humboldt (Baruta).
