Kaniz Fatema Nasrin is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in Honolulu, Hawaii . This full-time position offers an opportunity to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic and supportive healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans. Monitor patient vital signs and promptly report any significant changes to medical staff. Educate patients and their families about health management and treatment options. Document patient care activities accurately and timely in electronic medical records. Assist in medical procedures while maintaining a safe and sterile environment. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. In this role, you will also engage in special projects aimed at improving service delivery and patient satisfaction. You will work closely with doctors, nurse practitioners, and fellow nursing staff, fostering a collaborative professional network. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution. Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Hawaii. Strong patient care and communication skills. Experience in a clinical setting preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced certifications such as ACLS or PALS are a plus.
