Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care including assessments, treatments, and medication administration. Communicate effectively with patients and families to educate on health conditions and treatments. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Document and maintain accurate patient records following legal and ethical standards. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary. Participate in departmental meetings and quality improvement initiatives. Assist in training and mentoring nursing students and junior staff. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program. Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Hawaii. Strong patient care and communication skills. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare software. Minimum 2 years nursing experience in hospital or clinical settings preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is a plus. This position reports directly to the Nurse Manager and involves close collaboration with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
