We're looking for dedicated Registered Nurses specializing in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) to join us on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities Provide expert nursing care to neonates born as early as 23-24 weeks gestation in a Level III-IV NICU setting. Operate advanced respiratory support equipment including CPAP, BiPAP, high-frequency ventilators, and oscillators to stabilize and support infant breathing. Administer blood products and medications safely, including managing PICC and central lines with precision. Support high-risk deliveries and neonatal surgeries by collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams. Utilize critical care interventions such as cardioversion, defibrillation, and temperature management with cooling/warming blankets. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with families and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care. Adapt to floating assignments across Providence campuses, including pediatric and newborn nurseries, when necessary. Contribute to a safe, compassionate environment that promotes infant growth and family-centered care. What We're Looking For Required: Minimum of 3 years of NICU nursing experience, preferably in Level III or IV units. Active Washington State Registered Nurse license. Current certifications in NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) and BLS (Basic Life Support). Strong clinical skills in neonatal critical care technologies and procedures. Ability to work night shifts (7 PM to 7:30 AM) for 3 consecutive 12-hour shifts. Flexibility to float to different Providence campuses within the Seattle area. Preferred: Experience with blood product administration and advanced ventilator management. Familiarity with Swedish Health System policies and compact nursing licenses.
