Position Overview We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RN), Registered Psychiatric Nurses (RPN), and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our client’s long-term care team in Victoria, BC. This full-time role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive interdisciplinary environment. Key Responsibilities For RN / RPN: Provide resident-centered care using critical thinking and clinical judgment Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and evaluate individualized care plans Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Resident Care Aides (RCAs) Promote residents’ quality of life and well-being Serve as a clinical resource for healthcare team members Participate in quality improvement initiatives, committees, and research projects For LPN: Deliver direct nursing care according to care plans and scope of practice Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor residents’ health status and report changes to RN/RPN Assist in care plan development and updates Support residents with daily living activities Compensation & Benefits Annual salary starting at $65,000 CAD.
