Manage loan application processes, ensuring timely documentation and approvals. Provide exceptional customer service by resolving client queries throughout the loan lifecycle. Stay informed on mortgage industry trends, products, and regulatory updates. Report sales metrics and client interactions to senior management regularly. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or related field. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Experience in financial services, preferably in home loans or mortgage sectors. Proficiency with mortgage software and tools. Mortgage lending certifications are a plus.
