Schedule property showings and maintenance visits to ensure smooth operations. Organize digital documents, leases, and communications for easy access and management. Assist in tracking rental applications and conducting tenant screenings effectively. Update property listings and availability records to reflect current status. Generate reports and administrative notices as needed to support property management. Provide general remote support to property managers, enhancing team efficiency. What We're Looking For Required: 2+ years of experience in an administrative or remote assistant role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with tenants and team members. Highly organized and able to manage time independently to meet deadlines. Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for document management. Fast, reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment to ensure productivity. Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred: Background in real estate or property management for enhanced understanding of the industry. Familiarity with property platforms like Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist for marketing. Bilingual (Spanish/English) to communicate with a diverse tenant base.
