Key Responsibilities

• Manage and organize team correspondence, emails, and schedules.
• Enter data and maintain organized databases for easy access and retrieval.
• Coordinate meetings and appointments, preparing materials and information in advance.
• Create, edit, and proofread documents for clarity and professionalism.
• Provide administrative support for projects and help prioritize tasks.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to foster positive working relationships.
• Track deadlines and help ensure tasks are completed on time.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One to two years of related experience preferred.
• Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role preferred.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with standard office software, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, or Trello is a plus.
