Key Responsibilities Conduct market research to identify new leads and potential clients. Engage in cold calling and direct outreach to prospective customers. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Build strong client relationships to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns. Attend networking events to promote the company’s products and services. Track sales metrics and prepare detailed reports for management review. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Excellent communication and persuasive skills. Proficiency in cold calling and sales strategy development. Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing effectiveness and sales performance. Experience in sales or marketing roles preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus. 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred for mid-level candidates.
