As a Sales Executive, you will leverage your consultative selling skills and risk management expertise to drive new business acquisition and maintain strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect actively through referrals, professional networks, industry events, and partnerships to generate new business opportunities.

  • Utilize CRM systems to track leads, client interactions, and sales progress efficiently.
  • Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities across other Gibson service lines to maximize client value.
  • Lead benefit and risk strategy development for both new and existing accounts, tailoring program structures to client needs.
  • Manage renewals and carrier proposals collaboratively with internal teams to meet service timelines and compliance standards.
  • Analyze risk, claims, and benefit design trends to provide clients with informed, proactive advisory services.
  • Build and sustain high-retention client relationships through consultative risk management and continuous education on evolving insurance solutions.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in insurance sales or professional services consulting, with proven success in managing and growing a book of business.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills essential for consultative selling.
  • Life & Health License or the ability to obtain it within 60 days of hire.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CRM tools to manage client data effectively.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
  • CEBS (Certified Employee Benefit Specialist) designation.
  • Experience working with employee benefits for mid-to-large group clients.
