Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and resource allocation. Communicate effectively with team members and departments to confirm appointments and resolve scheduling conflicts. Utilize scheduling software and tools to track appointments and changes efficiently. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of meetings, events, and key activities. Assist in developing and implementing scheduling policies and procedures. Monitor schedule adherence and report on departmental productivity metrics.
