Job description
Join Librería Gusanito Lector, a well-known bookstore in Lima, Peru, as a Customer Service and Sales Associate. We seek an enthusiastic and proactive individual to enhance our customer experience and support sales growth in the education and entertainment sector. Benefits Initial one-month trial period followed by a 3-month contract Monthly salary of S/ 1200 during the first month, with potential adjustments based on performance Legal payroll and contract starting from the second month Biweekly payments Stable and secure employment Requirements Experience in sales and customer service Excellent interpersonal skills with adults and children Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Familiarity with POS systems and payment methods such as YAPE and PLIN Completed secondary education or technical studies Valid DNI and CERTIJOVEN or CERTIADULTO as applicable Responsibilities Opening and closing the bookstore Supporting and coordinating book fairs Making calls and following up with potential clients Organizing and managing bookstore inventory Work Schedule Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
