We are a mid-sized firm dedicated to enhancing our online presence and driving quality traffic to our digital platforms. As an SEO Specialist, you will play a key role in boosting our brand visibility and organic search rankings, contributing significantly to our overall business growth. Key Responsibilities Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-value search terms to target across our website and content. Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for improved search engine rankings. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to assess SEO strategies and initiatives. Implement on-page and off-page optimization techniques to enhance website authority and visibility. Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm changes in SEO, adapting strategies accordingly. Collaborate with marketing team members, including content creators and social media managers, to align efforts and maximize impact. Prepare regular reports and presentations on SEO performance, insights, and recommendations for future improvements. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum 2 years proven experience in SEO or a similar role. Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods. Experience with content management systems and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Brooklyn, Ohio. Our SEO Specialist will work closely with a collaborative team of marketing professionals and report directly to the Marketing Manager. You will also engage with IT and sales departments to ensure cohesive strategies and maximize results. Salary: $450,000 per year
