Key Responsibilities Oversee daily security operations during your shift, ensuring strict compliance with protocols and procedures. Conduct regular safety inspections of premises to maintain compliance with security standards. Manage, train, and support security personnel to enhance team performance and service quality. Prepare detailed incident and security reports, documenting breaches and concerns accurately. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to resolve issues and improve service delivery. Analyze performance metrics to identify improvement areas and implement strategic solutions. Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services to ensure effective response plans are in place. Required and Preferred Qualifications Matric certificate or equivalent qualification. Mandatory PSIRA certification. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and record-keeping. Strong report writing skills with attention to detail. Proven experience in staff management and leadership roles within the security industry. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills. 3-5 years of supervisory experience in security operations. As part of our collaborative team, you will report directly to the Security Operations Manager and work closely with other supervisors to maintain high service standards and ensure client safety.
