Key Responsibilities Oversee daily security operations during your shift, ensuring strict compliance with company protocols and safety procedures. Conduct thorough inspections of client premises to identify and mitigate potential security risks, maintaining 100% compliance with safety standards. Manage and train security personnel, fostering a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement. Prepare detailed and accurate incident reports, documenting breaches, suspicious activities, and other security concerns promptly. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to resolve issues and enhance service quality. Analyze performance metrics and operational data to identify trends and implement strategies that improve team efficiency and client satisfaction. Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services to ensure rapid and effective response during incidents. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements to keep the team aligned with evolving security standards. What We're Looking For Required: Matric certificate or equivalent qualification. Valid PSIRA certification is mandatory. 3-5 years of supervisory experience within the security industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and documentation. Exceptional report writing and communication skills. Strong leadership and staff management capabilities.
