Key Responsibilities Oversee daily security operations during your shift, ensuring strict compliance with protocols and procedures. Conduct regular premises inspections to maintain safety and security standards. Manage, train, and support security staff to improve team performance and service quality. Prepare and submit detailed incident and security reports promptly and accurately. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to resolve issues and enhance service delivery. Analyze performance metrics to identify improvement areas and implement corrective strategies. Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services to ensure effective response plans are in place. Required and Preferred Qualifications Matric certificate or equivalent qualification. Mandatory PSIRA certification. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and record-keeping. Strong report writing and documentation skills. Proven experience in staff management and leadership within the security industry. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Outstanding communication and time management abilities. 3-5 years of supervisory experience in security operations. As part of our collaborative team, you will report directly to the Security Operations Manager and work closely with other supervisors to maintain high standards of security service.
