Senior AutoCAD Draughtsman - América Dourada, Bahia, Brazil

Apco is seeking a talented and motivated Senior AutoCAD Draughtsman to join our dynamic team in América Dourada, Bahia, Brazil . This full-time role is essential in designing and drafting civil engineering projects that meet high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities Create detailed technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD based on project specifications and requirements. Collaborate closely with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate design representation and execution. Review and update existing drawings to comply with industry standards and regulations. Conduct site visits to collect information and verify project details, working alongside the construction team. Assist in preparing project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and material lists. Mentor junior draughtsmen, providing guidance on technical drawing and AutoCAD best practices. Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and innovative design solutions. Required and Preferred Qualifications Technical Diploma in Drafting or Design. Proficient in AutoCAD and civil drafting techniques. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Experience with technical drawing and detailing. Minimum 5 years of experience in civil drafting or related fields preferred. Familiarity with industry-standard certifications is a plus.
