Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical leaders on architecture, design frameworks, and roadmap planning.
• Provide engineering guidance during early design phases and ensure technical excellence.
• Develop reliable and scalable distributed systems and backend services.
• Lead critical technical decisions for high-impact initiatives.
• Own features end-to-end from prototype through production.
• Work closely with product, architecture, security, digital, and engineering teams.
• Manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Take ownership in a remote/hybrid setup with strong cross-team communication.
• Identify customer pain points and implement self-service automation solutions.
• Promote innovation, continuous improvement, and foster a collaborative team culture.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Angular frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP and Azure, including end-to-end DevOps pipelines.
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.

Compensation: $110,000 per year
