Senior Epic Beacon Certified Analyst in New York City, NY

Company is seeking a Senior Epic Beacon Certified Analyst to join our team in New York City, NY. This 6+ month contract role requires prior Epic implementation experience and expertise supporting Epic Beacon Oncology workflows. The position offers a hybrid work model combining remote and onsite presence to deliver clinical solutions effectively within a leading healthcare organization. Key Responsibilities Analyze and document detailed business and clinical requirements and workflows. Conduct interviews with end users, clinical stakeholders, and project sponsors to assess needs. Translate clinical needs into functional and technical requirements, including data sources, user types, interfaces, and reporting. Define external interfaces, constraints, quality standards, and non-functional requirements. Identify risks, gaps, and ambiguities; collaborate with teams to develop solutions. Partner with project managers to align requirements with project timelines. Lead meetings, workshops, and validation sessions; manage follow-up actions and documentation. Ensure development teams meet defined requirements and quality standards. Manage change control documentation and update requirements accordingly. Develop test plans, release notes, training guides, and user documentation. Support unit acceptance testing (UAT) and system deployments. Provide application and end-user support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution. Prepare and deliver project presentations to stakeholders. Mentor junior clinical business analysts and review their work products. Identify and implement process improvement opportunities. Participate in special projects as assigned.
