Company is hiring a Senior Marketing Executive specializing in Field Marketing for our Tiles Showroom in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Join a dynamic and innovative team in a fast-paced environment focused on driving showroom foot traffic and boosting brand visibility. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns using digital and traditional channels to generate leads for the showroom. Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to refine marketing tactics. Organize and manage showroom events and promotions, ensuring seamless logistics and high customer engagement. Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and evaluate campaign success. Partner with graphic designers and content creators to produce marketing materials that maintain brand consistency. Monitor marketing performance metrics and optimize strategies to maximize ROI. Present marketing plans and results to senior management with recommendations for future initiatives. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration. 3-5 years of proven experience in field marketing, preferably in retail or the tiles industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with digital marketing tools and CRM software. Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
