Join Sigma HR as a Sales Executive in Senior Living based in Bangalore (Devanahalli). We offer a competitive salary range of ₹5 LPA – ₹8 LPA. This full-time role reports directly to the Head Sales – Senior Living. About the Role We seek motivated Sales Executives with a strong real estate background to join our Senior Living Sales & Marketing team. You will help seniors and their families find safe, supportive, and engaging communities. Key Responsibilities Prospect and engage potential residents and their families. Conduct community tours and deliver impactful presentations. Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources. Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and residents. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales or related fields. Fluency in Kannada & Tamil; additional southern Indian languages are a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Knowledge of the senior living industry is advantageous.
