Key Responsibilities Define and optimize product strategy by leveraging thorough market analysis and user feedback to ensure alignment with business goals. Conduct stakeholder management to gather requirements and maintain clear communication across departments, ensuring seamless product delivery. Create and maintain detailed user stories and technical specifications to guide the development team effectively. Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to foster team collaboration and engagement. Analyze product performance metrics using analytics platforms to inform iterative improvements and drive product growth. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to successfully launch new features and enhancements. Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries, providing timely updates to internal and external stakeholders. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or similar roles with a proven track record in product strategy development and execution. Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience facilitating Agile teams. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive product success. Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and user analytics platforms. Preferred: Relevant industry certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). Experience working in fast-paced technology environments with cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to lead product initiatives that resulted in measurable growth.
