Role Overview We are seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Consultant with a proven track record in closing deals and converting inbound leads. This revenue-generating role focuses on turning warm opportunities into paying clients while identifying additional sales opportunities within the pipeline. You will play a key role in driving business growth by delivering a professional, solution-driven sales experience. Job Description As an inbound Senior Sales Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, handling incoming inquiries and converting leads into customers. Your responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements. While primarily focused on inbound sales, there may be opportunities for outbound initiatives as well. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to inbound sales inquiries via calls, email, and digital platforms. Qualify leads and conduct needs analysis to understand client requirements. Present tailored vehicle tracking and telematics solutions aligned to client needs. Close deals consistently and meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline, and follow-ups. Build strong rapport and trust with prospective clients. Collaborate with internal teams including support, onboarding, and accounts to ensure smooth client onboarding. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing pipeline. Contribute to outbound sales initiatives when required. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Monthly revenue target achievement. Conversion rate from inbound lead to closed deal.
