This full-time position offers the opportunity to lead and enhance our social media presence, driving brand awareness and audience engagement across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with marketing goals to boost brand engagement. Create, curate, and manage engaging content including images, videos, and written posts for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Monitor social media performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to optimize campaigns and strategies. Engage authentically with followers by responding promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing and promotional campaigns. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive social media presence. Plan and execute social media contests and campaigns to increase visibility and community interaction. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2-4 years of proven experience in social media management and content creation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
