Key Responsibilities Perform soldering tasks on circuit boards using various techniques, ensuring strict adherence to IPC standards to maintain product reliability. Utilize Surface Mount Technology (SMT) for accurate component placement and assembly, contributing to a 99%+ first-pass yield rate. Conduct thorough visual inspections of assembled products to detect defects or inconsistencies, reducing rework rates by identifying issues early. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent education. Proven experience in soldering, especially with SMT and IPC standards such as IPC-A-610 and IPC J-STD-001. Familiarity with visual and X-ray inspection techniques to ensure product quality. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively within a team. Preferred: Industry-standard certifications like IPC-A-610 or IPC J-STD-001.
