Absolute Interpretation And Translation Limited is looking for a detail-oriented Spanish Document Translator contractor to join our dynamic team in Mexico City. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately translating documents from English to Spanish, preserving the original meaning, tone, and context to ensure clear communication for our clients. Key Responsibilities Translate diverse documents from English to Spanish with precision and cultural relevance. Proofread and edit translations to guarantee accuracy and high-quality standards. Format documents using Microsoft Word according to project and client specifications. Apply grammar correction and maintain stylistic consistency throughout translations. Collaborate with team members to clarify project details and resolve translation queries. Engage in regular feedback sessions to continuously enhance translation quality. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve translation workflows. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma with extensive experience in Spanish translation. Exceptional attention to detail and strong proofreading skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document formatting and preparation. Deep understanding of grammar and style in both Spanish and English. Preferred: Certifications in translation or linguistics. Minimum 3 years of relevant translation experience preferred.
