Key Responsibilities Monitor and control access at event entrances to enforce security protocols. Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs professionally. Assist with the setup and breakdown of event areas to maintain safety standards. Observe and report suspicious activities or hazards promptly. Work closely with event organizers and security teams to implement effective safety plans. Engage attendees to create a welcoming atmosphere while enforcing venue rules. Manage conflicts and emergencies calmly and efficiently. Required and Preferred Qualifications Dependable with a strong sense of responsibility. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Professional teamwork skills and ability to interact with diverse groups. Previous experience in security or event management preferred.
