Key Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service to all clients visiting the Jana Seva Kendra. Assist in coordinating and implementing community programs and services. Facilitate clear communication between clients and various service departments. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and services provided. Support team efforts in organizing community events and outreach activities. Respond promptly to public inquiries and guide individuals to appropriate resources. Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all visitors. Required and Preferred Qualifications Vocational Training or equivalent certification. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Previous experience in community service or support roles is preferred. Knowledge of social services and community resource navigation is a plus. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment. A caring, approachable, and friendly demeanor.
