About the Job Structural Design Engineer (Entry Level Position) Who We Are Bluebix Solutions is a client-focused structural design and engineering firm serving development and construction markets across multiple states including New York Metro, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Maryland, and Florida. The Opportunity We are rapidly expanding and seeking talented Entry-Level Structural Engineers to join our Florida City, Florida office. The ideal candidate will have a passion for structural design and architecture, excellent communication skills, and strong teamwork abilities. Your Impact Perform structural design of new buildings. Analyze and design superstructures and foundations using timber, concrete, steel, and masonry. Utilize the latest technology and digital tools such as BIM software for structural design. Support additional business needs as required. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. 0 to 1 year of relevant post-education experience. Prior internship, leadership, or relevant coursework experience. Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software such as AutoCAD or Revit. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. Strong technical writing, analytical, and communication skills. Detail-oriented and organized approach. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available). Preferred Qualifications Recent graduate or May 2025 graduate from Civil, Architectural, Structural Engineering, or related program. Master’s degree in Structural Engineering. Experience with design software such as SAP2000, ETABS, SAFE, or other structural modeling tools. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package offered.
