Benchmark Medical Staffing and Careers LLC is hiring a part-time Student Enrollment Specialist in Dallas, Texas. Join us in guiding future healthcare professionals through our Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Phlebotomy Technician, and Patient Care Technician programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist prospective students with program inquiries and enrollment procedures.
• Provide personalized guidance throughout the enrollment process.
• Conduct informational sessions and orientations covering program details and career opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrollment data.
• Collaborate with program coordinators to improve enrollment workflows and address student needs.
• Follow up with prospects to encourage enrollment and help overcome barriers.
• Participate in community outreach to promote programs and connect with potential students.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach when engaging with prospective students.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Preferred experience in customer service or education-related roles.
