This full-time consultancy role offers a unique opportunity to drive impactful childcare solutions while supporting community development and women empowerment initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement customized childcare programs tailored for corporate clients to support working parents effectively. Conduct thorough assessments of existing childcare practices within client organizations to identify improvement areas. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, community groups, and families to ensure program success. Provide expert training and resources on best childcare practices and family support strategies to corporate stakeholders. Engage actively with local communities to promote initiatives empowering women and enhancing child development. Measure, analyze, and report the social impact of childcare programs to clients and key stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and adapt childcare solutions to evolving family needs. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in community development, childcare, or social services with proven relationship management skills. Strong knowledge of childcare solutions, social impact initiatives, and women empowerment strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with project management and communication software tools. This role is based in Dodoma and requires full-time consultancy commitment.
