We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader/Recruiter to lead our recruitment team and drive talent acquisition strategies that support our company’s growth and success. Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team of recruiters to consistently meet monthly hiring targets. Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and qualifications. Work closely with department heads to understand hiring requirements and timelines. Train and mentor new recruiters on best recruitment practices and tools. Track and analyze recruitment metrics, adjusting approaches to improve results. Organize regular team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and brainstorm solutions. Required and Preferred Qualifications Minimum education: 12th Grade / High School diploma. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage recruitment teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred. Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems is a plus. At least 2 years of experience in a similar leadership or recruitment role is preferred.
