Key Responsibilities Resolve technical issues and provide support through phone, email, and chat to maintain high customer satisfaction. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems, documenting solutions to improve team knowledge. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate unresolved issues and support continuous improvement. Train and guide customers on product usage and best practices. Develop and update support documentation and FAQs to empower users and streamline support. Manage support tickets using internal ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up. Monitor customer feedback and share insights with the product team to enhance quality and features. Required and Preferred Qualifications Associate's Degree in a related field preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interaction. 1-2 years experience in technical support or customer service preferred. Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for technology.
