In this key role, you will provide exceptional support to customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering clear and accurate information. Resolve customer complaints and technical issues patiently and efficiently. Educate customers on product features and best practices to enhance their experience. Document interactions and maintain accurate records in the support ticketing system. Collaborate with other departments to escalate issues and ensure comprehensive solutions. Participate in training sessions to stay current on product updates and service protocols. Gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement. Required and Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven problem-solving abilities in customer-facing roles. Technical support experience is a plus, with familiarity of common software and tools. Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior customer service experience preferred but not mandatory. This full-time position offers remote work eligibility and operates within a supportive team structure. You will report directly to the Customer Support Team Lead and collaborate regularly with sales, product, and technical teams to deliver outstanding customer service.
