Key Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot gas appliances and white goods to perform timely, effective repairs. Conduct routine maintenance and safety inspections on various appliances. Accurately document all service calls, repairs, and parts used for quality control. Provide customers with guidance on proper appliance care and maintenance. Keep up-to-date with the latest repair technologies and industry standards through ongoing training. Work collaboratively with team members to improve repair processes and service delivery. Adhere strictly to safety regulations and company policies during all repair tasks. Required and Preferred Qualifications Technical Diploma in Appliance Repair or related field. Strong troubleshooting skills for gas appliances and white goods. Experience repairing and maintaining household appliances is highly preferred. Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair equipment. Gas safety certification is a significant advantage. Minimum of 2 years of relevant appliance repair experience preferred.
