Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to effectively promote Mankap Financial Services’ products and services. Respond professionally to inbound customer inquiries, providing accurate information and solutions. Identify customer needs through active listening and recommend suitable financial products to maximize sales conversions. Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to contribute to company growth. Maintain accurate records of all calls, customer interactions, and sales activities using CRM tools. Follow up on leads and previous customers to nurture relationships and maximize sales opportunities. Handle objections and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy to ensure customer satisfaction. Stay updated on company products, pricing, and promotions to provide the most relevant information to customers. Ensure compliance with company policies, sales scripts, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve sales strategies and performance.
