Key Responsibilities Communicate effectively with clients and team members to deliver exceptional customer service. Assist in HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. Perform accurate and efficient data entry to maintain database integrity. Support accounting tasks including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and invoicing. Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to boost online presence and engagement. Organize and prioritize daily tasks to meet deadlines consistently. Participate in team meetings, offering insights and suggestions for process improvements. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma required; additional education or certifications in relevant fields preferred. Proven experience in tele calling, administration, HR, accounting, or digital marketing roles. Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and digital marketing strategies. Proficiency in data entry and office software tools. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
