Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote products and services. Maintain accurate customer interaction records using CRM software. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Follow up on leads and engage customers to increase sales conversions. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop outreach strategies. Track daily call quotas and performance metrics. Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Excellent verbal communication skills with proficiency in English. Experience in telecalling or sales preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with CRM tools and telephony software. Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment. 1-2 years of relevant experience is a plus. At Mr Enterprises, Telecallers work closely with sales and marketing teams under supportive management. This role is based in Noida and is not eligible for remote work.
