Communicate clearly and persuasively about our products and services. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide effective solutions. Help achieve sales targets by promoting products during calls. Collaborate with team members to enhance outreach strategies. Continuously improve performance through feedback and training. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in telecalling or sales is a plus. Proficient with basic computer software and CRM systems. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Positive attitude and passion for customer service. Reporting directly to the Senior Telecalling Manager, you will work closely with marketing and sales teams to address client needs and feedback. This role is not remote and requires presence in Chandigarh. Salary: ₹18,000 per month
