What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent educational qualification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally while maintaining a positive attitude. 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service roles. Preferred: Experience working with CRM tools to manage customer data and sales pipelines. Previous exposure to B2B sales environments or telemarketing.
