Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to convert calls into successful sales. Collaborate with team members to share insights and continuously improve calling strategies. Meet daily and monthly targets set by management to support ongoing business growth. Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and provide effective solutions. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Strong communication skills with a passion for customer service excellence. Prior experience in telecalling or customer service roles is preferred. Proficiency in call management and data entry software tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently. Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles is a plus.
