Join Team HR as a Telecaller / Calling Executive in Bhandup West, Maharashtra, India. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and boost sales. Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Maintain accurate records of all calls and transactions using CRM software. Work closely with the sales team to identify new growth opportunities and improve outreach strategies. Follow up with prospects to schedule appointments and provide detailed product/service information. Stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate promotions and offers. Meet daily and monthly call and sales targets set by management. Required and Preferred Qualifications Minimum 12th Pass education. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage. Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus. 1-2 years of experience in a similar telecalling role preferred. As part of Team HR, you will report directly to the Sales Manager and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach and customer engagement strategies. This role is based in Bhandup West and is not remote eligible. Salary: ₹20,000 per month Job Type: Full-time
