Achieve individual and team sales targets while adhering to company policies and standards. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Technical proficiency with CRM software and phone systems.
