Company is hiring a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in Faridabad, Haryana . This full-time role is vital to our customer service and sales efforts, where you will engage potential clients, provide detailed product information, and assist with inquiries to boost customer satisfaction and sales growth. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate interest in our products and services. Clearly communicate product features and benefits to potential clients. Respond to customer inquiries with accurate and helpful information. Record all customer interactions in the CRM system to maintain detailed communication logs. Work closely with the sales team to identify leads and enhance outreach strategies. Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to improve conversion rates. Meet daily and monthly sales targets set by management. Required and Preferred Qualifications Minimum education: High School Diploma. Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork skills. Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications.
