Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate interest in our products and services. Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and provide relevant information. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups using our CRM system. Meet daily and weekly targets for sales leads and appointment setting. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective client engagement strategies. Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries and concerns. Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and share insights. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma required; additional education is a plus. 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or sales roles preferred. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasive abilities with a customer-focused mindset. Familiarity with CRM software and telecommunications tools is advantageous. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
