Key Responsibilities Make outbound telemarketing calls to potential and existing customers. Handle incoming calls with excellent customer service and support. Manage time effectively to meet and exceed daily and monthly targets. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Sales or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory. Strong active listening skills and ability to adapt to customer needs. Team-oriented mindset with passion for achieving sales goals.
