Smart Tech Llp is hiring a dedicated Telecaller / Team Leader / Team Manager in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular team meetings to review performance and strategize improvements. Oversee telecalling operations ensuring top-quality service standards. Track and analyze team performance metrics to guide training and development. Facilitate effective communication between telecallers and management, resolving issues promptly. Implement team-building initiatives to promote collaboration and motivation. Develop and execute customer outreach strategies to increase engagement and conversions. Ensure compliance with company policies while fostering a positive team culture. Required and Preferred Qualifications Any Graduate degree. Strong communication skills with proven leadership and team management experience. Experience in supervisory or management roles within telecalling or customer service environments. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Minimum 3 years of telecalling experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role. This full-time position is based in Tiruppur and requires close collaboration with other team leaders and departments. You will report directly to the Operations Manager to ensure alignment with company goals. Salary: ₹26,000 per month
