Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and explain our services, ensuring clear and persuasive communication. Engage with customers to understand their educational goals and provide customized counselling solutions that meet their needs. Maintain accurate records of all calls and client interactions in the CRM database to ensure data integrity and follow-up efficiency. Follow up on marketing leads promptly to nurture prospects and convert them into satisfied clients, contributing to sales targets. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent educational qualification. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills essential for client engagement.
