Address customer queries promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve processes. Monitor personal performance metrics and report regularly to management. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or equivalent required. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient with telephone communication and basic computer applications. 1-2 years of experience in customer service or tele-sales preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
