We are looking for a motivated Telecaller/Tele Sales Executive to drive sales and enhance customer engagement in a full-time role based in Lucknow, India. This position offers a dynamic work environment with supportive supervisors and collaboration across sales, marketing, and customer support teams. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote products and services effectively. Identify customer needs through engaging conversations and recommend appropriate solutions. Follow up on leads and nurture client relationships to convert inquiries into confirmed sales. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement successful sales strategies and marketing campaigns. Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high client satisfaction and retention. Monitor sales metrics regularly to evaluate performance and make necessary improvements. Required and Preferred Qualifications Minimum education: HSC Pass or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience in tele-sales or customer service is preferred. Proficiency with standard office software and CRM tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong time management skills and a proactive attitude towards tasks. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will be part of a motivated team with dedicated supervisors who provide ongoing support and mentorship. This role is not remote and requires presence in our Lucknow office. Compensation: ₹260,000 per year.
