Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to actively promote MultiBasket’s products and services, aiming to increase sales conversions. Engage with customers by addressing inquiries promptly and providing accurate, helpful information to build trust and satisfaction. Document all customer interactions meticulously in the CRM system to ensure up-to-date records and follow-up efficiency. Follow up on leads consistently to nurture prospects through the sales funnel and close deals effectively. Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategize improvements in telecalling techniques and customer outreach. Meet or exceed daily and monthly call targets while maintaining a high standard of customer service and professionalism. Gather customer feedback to provide valuable insights that support product development and marketing strategies. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly tone. Proficiency in customer service and sales techniques. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software. Ability to multitask and work effectively within a team environment. Preferred: 1-3 years of experience in telecalling or customer service roles.
